Yasuyo Anne Uehara

Psychotherapist & Mindfulness Yoga Teacher

Yasuyo is a seasoned therapist with 20 years of experience. As a dedicated practitioner, she integrates the science of awareness with ancient practices of breathing, movement, and meditation to teach healing states of consciousness. Specializing in Depth psychology, neuroscience, and Internal Family Systems therapy, Yasuyo enjoys guiding others to build the capacity to be present and expand into higher states of openness and vitality in both body and mind. She teaches how to connect and develop intimacy with the sensory field in the body, offering a practice that helps individuals remember and return to the simple satisfactions of existence. Her approach is deeply rooted in the understanding that we are designed to encounter life with awe and wonder and to stretch the reach of our being in this “one wild and precious life.”
