About
Entranced by the full moon, a young girl slips out her bedroom window and is lost in the bush. Early next morning, a worried search is led by the local police with the assistance of indigenous tracker Albert. The girl's father and landowner played by musician Paul Kelly refuses to have an indigenous person on his land and Albert watches helplessly as the girl's tracks are destroyed underfoot. Australian musicians Kev Carmody and Paul Kelly perform the vocal accompaniment in this incredible piece of Australian cinema, exploring indigenous and white settler history and connection to place.
