Research Library
The Research Library is a specialist art library primarily for the staff of the Queensland Art Gallery.
Its scope broadly reflects the collecting areas of the Gallery, with particular strengths in Australian art ― including Indigenous Australian and Queensland art ― as well as new media, and contemporary art of Asia and the Pacific.
The Library's resources support the activities of the Australian Centre of Asia–Pacific Art, the research arm of the Gallery's Asian and Pacific programs. The Library's catalogue is available online.
The Research Library is located on Level 3 of the Gallery of Modern Art (GoMA). Access to the research collection is by appointment.
