Simply take a photograph of yourself in front of the neon 'V' at the entrance of the 'Valentino Retrospective' exhibition when you attend Up Late, presented by Mazda.

Terms and Conditions
By entering the 'BE STYLED WITH MAZDA' "Promotion", you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
1. STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry
2. WHO CAN ENTER?
2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open only to residents of Queensland. Entrants must be able to show proof of Queensland residency on request, e.g. Drivers Licence.
2.2 Employees and their immediate families of the Queensland Art Gallery and Mazda Australia and their associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether biological or adopted), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The competition commences at 5.30pm on Friday 17 September 2010 and concludes at 5.30pm on Sunday 14 November 2010 ("the Competition Period"). Entries must be received by the Promoters during the Competition Period.
3.2 Entry into the competition is available via emailing a photograph of yourself in front of the neon V signage at the entrance to the 'Valentino Retrospective' exhibition to Vpic@qag.qld.gov.au.
3.3 Entrants in the competition may enter as many times as they like. However, each entry must be a different photograph.
3.4 Entrants under the age of 18 years must obtain the prior permission of a parent or guardian over the age of 18 years before entering the competition.
4. PRIZE
There is one (1) major Prize Winner, selected by the Queensland Art Gallery and Mazda Australia, who will receive the following:
- A chauffeur-driven Mazda for the day for travel within the Brisbane Metro area.
- $2000 shopping voucher & personal stylist package from Westfield.
- PRIZE POOL VALUE $3000 (incl. GST)
4.1 The prize must be taken up by Friday 17 December 2010 and is subject to availability.
4.2 There can be no changes made once a date has been decided on by the Prize Winner to take up the prize.
4.3 No compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use any element of the prize as stated for whatever reason.
4.4 Any unused portion of the prize is not redeemable for other goods or services and cannot be taken as cash.
4.5 If the winner is under the age of 18 they must be accompanied by parent or guardian who will be counted as their guest.
4.6 The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash and forfeited if unable to be taken by the above specified date. If for any reason the Prize Winner does not take the prize or any element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoters, then the prize or any element of the prize will not be redeemable for cash.
4.7 In the event of that any prize item is unavailable, the Promoters reserve the right to substitute a prize item of equal or greater value.
4.8 In participating in the prize, the Prize Winner agrees to participate and cooperate as required in all editorial activities relating to the promotion, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed. The Prize Winner grants the Promoters a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photography in all media worldwide and the winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
5. HOW TO WIN
5.1 The Queensland Art Gallery and Mazda Australia are looking for a stunning photograph submitted during the Competition Period that captures the entrant's personal style.
5.2 Entries not fully complying with these conditions of entry may be deemed invalid at the Promoter's discretion. This is a game of skill; chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each valid entry will be individually judged (by representatives of the Promoter) based on, among other things, creative merit.
5.3 The Prize Winner will be notified within seven (7) days of the decision by the Promoters.
6. NO LIABILITY
6.1 In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event that prevents or significantly hinders the Promoters' ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoters may in their absolute discretion cancel the competition, subject to State Legislation.
6.2 The Promoters' decision is final and the Promoters will not enter into correspondence regarding the result:
a) during the Competition Period;
b) while the Prize Winner undertakes any travel won on or connected with their entry into the competition; or
c) in their participation in any part of the prize;
d) as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected entries;
e) in relation to failure of an email entry message to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion;
f) arising from, or related to, any problem or technical malfunction of any internet, telephone network, lines or mobile communications network related to, or resulting from, participation in this promotion.
6.3 The Promoters and their affiliates assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission; communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available.
6.4 If, for any reason, this competition is not capable of being conducted as planned due to, but not limited to, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoters which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoters reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to State Legislation.
