Group Booking Information
School and group visits to the Gallery are welcome throughout the year. To help us ensure that your visit is a rewarding one, we ask that you provide us with 72 hours advance notice of your visit. Bookings are essential for groups of 10 or more.
To book a group visit, please email or telephone the Education Bookings Office directly on 07 3840 7255 between 8.30am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday. Alternatively, submit your booking inquiry online. Special secondary school offer
Booked secondary school groups of 10 or more receive complimentary entry to Modern Woman: Daughters and Lovers (24 March - 24 June 2012). Contact the Education Bookings Office to arrange your visit.
Please note that in order to ensure the satisfaction and safety of its patrons, the Gallery regulates the number of visitors to the Gallery. To avoid overcrowding, the number of bookings on busy days may be limited. Groups of greater than 50 will be required to book additional entry times. If visiting both QAG and GoMA, separate booking times are required.
To help make the most of your students' experience at the Gallery, we ask that teachers visit prior to their booking date to view exhibition content. Alternatively, you can telephone the Education Booking Office on (07)3840 7255 to discuss which exhibitions best meet your visit focus.
